A long time ago I started my journey into programming world.I have to admit I was really excited at the time, it was a relatively new world, with a lot of new challenges.Over the years I have held various roles, from full stack programmer, to analyst, to software engineer, dealing with software architectures and defining and facilitating development, validation and delivery processes.From the early stages of my career, I discovered how important people and processes are in our world.So I started to get interested in the Agile movement and its principles, I have loved XP and its clarity, and I chose to never stop learning.And even though it's been many years, continuous improvement is still my mantra.I enjoy working with people and being solution oriented and my love for this world has grown over time.Since 2016 I have become an admirer, user and then promoter of the DevOps principles, discovering that they can push us to be effective like never before.This is my path right now, help teams and organizations make things work and improve their effectiveness by reducing wastes.
