Marco Siu is trained as an architect, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Danish Association of Architects, and is currently working on project management with a property developer. He is also the deputy chairperson of the HKIA Planning & Urban Design Committee, member of organising committees for design competitions and the recipient of HKIA CPD Research Fund. He has worked on residential developments, university laboratory projects, school and hospital projects. As an independent architect, he was engaged by different NGOs for projects in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Cambodia, also joining international architecture exhibitions and giving presentations in symposiums as part of the UIA and ARCASIA congress events.
