Material support for modification and retrofit of the V-22 Osprey. Executed a complete revamp in the way the V-22 Program monitors and executes kitting actions resulting in achievement of 100% on-time kit deliveries and zero unearned revenue for the first time in the history of the V-22 Program. Deliveries improved from a low of 37% ($1.8M unearned revenue) in March 2016 to 100% by July 2016. Efforts reduced an average monthly unearned revenue of over $1.4M at the beginning of the year down to zero, resulting in on-time deliveries and increased customer satisfaction. In addition, authored a White Paper titled “Bell Supply Chain Challenges” which identified several logistics problems affecting not only kits but also the entire Bell supply chain. This document provided sound, compliant, common sense recommendations that resulted in positive changes that are being felt across the Bell supply chain. Awarded V-22 Program Employee of the Quarter (Q2 2016) for these efforts.

Using SAP ERP, scheduled the forecast, procurement, and allocation of 20,350 part numbers for military and commercial aircraft production and spares sales. Worked closely with procurement specialists to fulfill requirements and assisted them in understanding SAP processes, in particular with line of balance. Ensured that the Master Completion schedules supported the Executive Management product plan. Ensured that delivery schedules, line schedules, and component schedules and quantities were accurately reflected in SAP. Established and managed repair and overhaul, military spares and commercial spares independent demand part schedules for components to meet customer needs with consideration given to part lead time, rate, and inventory status. Identified issues and resolved constraints delaying SAP part order release. Ensured that items were manufactured in the correct cost element and initiated transfer action if required. Performed inventory management and analysis by utilizing reschedule capabilities within SAP. Created new purchase, Return-To-Vendor and service purchase requirements.

Executed a $516 million U.S. Government Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program to equip the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MoD) with communications equipment, communications services, weapons, ammunition, and optics. Advised senior Iraqi MoD officials in the acquisition, operation, and sustainment of all weapons systems sold. Managed 27 of the most complex Iraqi FMS cases. • This effort ranked among the nation’s top national security priorities and was critical to the overall success of our efforts to transition security to the Iraqi government. • Earned the Bronze Star Medal for exceptionally meritorious service.• Identified the impending expiration of a contract for a critical strategic data network, thus averting a break in service in the Iraqi Security Forces command and control network which would have resulted in operational setbacks and loss of life.• Established the FMS program for the Iraqi National Counter-Terrorism Forces. • Managed $181 million in implemented FMS cases including a $135 million purchase of multi-band SINCGARS radios, the Iraqi Defense strategic data network, the Defense Private GSM cellular network, and VSAT SATCOM network operations and maintenance services.• Managed FMS cases valued in excess of $280 million for the acquisition of tactical radios and optics for the fielding of three Iraqi Army infantry divisions in support of the Force Generation Program, delivering over 12,900 radios to these units. • Coordinated actions among the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the State Department, and the Iraqi government to overcome export control issues and gain approval for export licenses.
