• Oversees processes and standards to maintain and improve existing and to implement new innovative packaging technologies;• Support to Develop and maintain the scientific information of packaging Subject Matter Expertise, innovative packaging benchmarking;• Standardize packaging process across site / region;• Provide technology guidance for trouble shooting / improvement projects for packaging;• Assess impact of technical changes, challenge technical risk and business benefit;• Coordinate technical changes: open Change Request, ensure execution of tasks (including technical batches), close Change Request;• Define packaging material specifications for new and existing packaging materials;• Responsible for the technical approval of new Artworks.

• Contacting suppliers, negotiating better prices, contract quotes for packaging materials, equalizing proposals, and developing new suppliers;• Monitoring and managing Saving and Cost Avoidance;• Continuous contact with global development centers to align the development of new packaging materials; • Cost Saving based on a Cost Breakdown or cost drivers’ analysis;• Forecast Accuracy analysis.

• Responsible for development of packaging materials;• Direct interface with packaging material suppliers for new development and techniques; • Investigation of deviations detected inside the productive area;• Revision and training of new SOPs.

• Product and Packaging leader for solids (phase of compression and coating) and hormonal area (phase of weighing, wet granulation, dispensing, mixture and primary packaging);• Maintaining quality, safety and organization of processes and line operators within the productive area;• Productions schedule managementand process order release.

• Production support in actions related to improvements and optimization of processes in order to reduce costs and increase quality through the most appropriate methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA, OEE).
