These projects consist of annual and five yearly inspections on life saving stations (Davit, Rescue Boat, Life Boat and Release Gear), repair and maintenance. Leadership, preparation and guidance of offshore teams through briefing, and later debriefing. Planning and technical dealings with national and foreign clients. LSA field specialists' and Company's certification and training control. Control of LSA services done by the company. Formulation, standardization and reformulation of documents such as certificates, technical reports, commercial offers and procedures.Main achievments1. Conclusion of process of authorized service provider certificate for LSA, from DNV class society. This process was frozen for more than 18 months before I arrived on the company. This certificate expanded the company's service capacity.2. Elaboration of visually more comfortable, automated and intuitive dociments. Old documents were confuse and vissualy polluted and difficult to fill. Filling documents became faster and easier.3. Elaboration of service spreadsheet. This spreadsheet allowed to view several data and to take decisions on buying training or trying to take partnership with manufacturers. It also has service forecast for the next 12 months based on the previous services. This allows to understand if it is necessary or not to hire new technicians.

Acting as leader of teams of 20 people in projects of cutting and welding that took from 4 to 30 days in several foreign vessels.Elaboration, standardization and reformulation of documents such as certificates, technical reports, commercial offers and procedures and control and indicators spreadsheets.Main Achievments1. Elaboration of service spreadsheet. This spreadsheet gives important data and allows to warn the client of last survey expiry date, and helps to take decicions on clients that ask for less services, take partnership with a specific manufacturer or hiring new technicians.2. Elaboration of equipment calibration spreadsheet. There was no control on equipment calibration. After this spreadsheet, there was no more expired equipment3. I was on the company growth on technical area. On the beginning, there were about 60 jobs per year. On the next years, there were about 160 to 180 jobs per year, due to the excelent performances.4. Services done on foreign vessels. Several clients complimented me on my attitude onboard, my english and the issued reports. This satisfaction brought several new services to the company.

At the date when I arrived at the company, several services in the last months were with delayed documents, some of them were six months delayed. In about one month, I put all documentation up to date and, from this date on, all documents were delivered in a maximum of two working days.
