I was responsible of the merge 2 Customer Administration teams and 1 debt collection team. They were carrying out the Customer Administration tasks and SMB Debt Collection tasks for Spain. The former teams were divided by customer size. Before the Share Go live, the 3 teams were merged into one team that was able to manage all customers, no matter the size they had, collecting debt and processing orders.
