At SATIN, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, I am responsible for the implementation and local operation of eCommerce for Brazilian luxury women's fashion, BWSA. Undoubtedly, introducing Brazilian products and brands into the Middle East and Asia is a challenge where the purpose itself is what drives me.

At LATAM RETAIL, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, I am responsible for the installation and local development of our own business, relationship building with shopping centers, associations of shopping center entrepreneurs, local retailers and their trade associations.

In mid 2018, we founded the company to capitalize on other opportunities that the retail sector brought us, such as retail operations consulting, internationalization of retail operations, new business development in retail, development of e-commerce operations, among others. In it, O am responsible for expansion, new business ventures, acquiring new clientes, and internationalizing the business itself.

I am responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of the law firm's business model. As manager, I am responsible for the entire operation of the office, especially for the commercial area and customer relationship. In the past 10 years, since we specialized our office to assist retail operations, we have served over 250 brands and mire than 25,000 stores. Currently, the office serves more than 19,000 active stores throughout. I am responsible for the research and development of the office's internal governance processes, directing the implementation of routines and tasks. I am also directly responsible for the areas of Tax Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and International Law.

I am board member of the Brazilian Association for Loss Prevention ( ABRAPPE). In it, all professional in the retail loss prevention sector are associated, who currently account for about 3% of the total gross revenue of Brazilian retail.

I was responsible for representing the Republic of Albania, the Consulate of Albania in São Paulo and the Embassy of Albania in Brasília before the State and Federal authorities in the State of São Paulo and Paraná. I was manager of the Consular Services Sector (SSC) and responsible for the service to the general public and for assistance and guidance to Albanian citizens. I was responsible for maintaining the individual rights and guarantees of Albanian citizens in the State of São Paulo and Paraná.

I was responsible for the legal representation of ACONBRAS and for providing legal advice to its associate members, I was also responsible for the association's corporate management, whose main objective is to defend the prerogatives of the Consuls accredited in Brazil, established in the Vienna Convention in 1963.

I was responsible for setting up the entire office, for administrative management, and operations. We specialized solely in the area of tax law practice. It was challenging years, with little technological assistance for process management. Nonetheless, we achieved impressive results in tax credit recovery and tax liability management.
