In my role as Team Lead Developer and Co-founder at Goteam, I have led the development of innovative digital projects from concept to implementation and launch. My primary responsibility has been to guide a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and strategists to create customized digital solutions that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.I have worked closely with our clients to understand their needs and business objectives, translating those ideas into clear technical specifications for the team. My responsibilities included custom website development based on prototypes and designs in Figma, encompassing corporate websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms. I mentored two Junior Developers and developed custom plugins for WordPress using Advanced Custom Fields. I focused on optimizing front-end implementations to enhance website performance and integrated payment gateways such as MercadoPago, PayPal, and Stripe. Additionally, I modified PHP code to boost performance and avoid using plugins that slow down the website. I integrated JavaScript and jQuery libraries for custom functionalities and participated in client meetings alongside project managers and the rest of the team. I worked under the agile Scrum methodology, establishing sprints, daily reports, estimates, roadmaps, and more.The tech stack I utilized included React.js, Next.js, Strapi, Tailwind, WordPress, WooCommerce, Divi Builder, Elementor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ACF, Filezilla, MySQL, and PHP. The tools I used included SCRUM, OKRs, Jira, Slack, Git, GitLab, and Figma. I was a professor of the Frontend Developer course at Digital House, where I taught knowledge and skills about web development, focusing on essential technologies and tools for creating interactive and attractive user interfaces.

As a UI Developer at Globant, I designed and developed attractive and functional user interfaces for web applications. I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into high-quality digital products, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.

I worked as a Full-stack Developer in one of MercadoPago's business units. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining user interfaces using the JavaScript stack, React, Next.js, and Node.js. I collaborated closely with the design and backend teams to implement new features and optimize the user experience. My role also involved code review, identifying and resolving bugs, and implementing best practices to ensure clean and efficient code. Through this position, I developed technical skills and learned to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment, contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of the platform.
