Designing e developing eGovenment Portal for the ”Motorizzazione Civile di Roma”: • Designing and implementing Data Trasformation Layer to acquire data from different sources and populate our database using SQL Server 2005 ETL. • Designing and developing the datawarehouse using SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services. • Designing and developing reporting on perfomance data produced using MS Performance Point and SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services.

Designing e developing Portal and E-procurement application for the project “CatPuglia”, for the Puglia region (http://www.empulia.it): • Involved in the AS IS analisys of the business processes to be implemented. • Involved in designing and developing the structure of the E-procurement application using Microsoft SQL Server 2005. • Involved in implementing part of the web interface and part of the logic of business using Visual Studio 2005 as the developing tool, Dot Net 2.0 as the framework and Aspx/C# as the language. The Applications were designed following SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), scalability and accessibility principles. • Involved in designing and developing the datawarehouse related to transactional data.• Also been involved in creating the main Portal, the second software component of the project, using Microsoft SharePoint 2003 and afterwards upgraded on Microsoft SharePoint 2007. The main duties were to create ad hoc routines to publish on-line reports on data collected in the E-procurement database.Involved in customizing the E-procurement web application to be reused in another context, the "Centro Agro-Alimentare di Parma". The committing company needs an Electronic Marketplace web-based. Our application seems to match their needs. This new web application will support 4 different languages.Involved in designing and developing a web-based portal for the Molise region, to publish all their statistics regarding the health status of the population. Involved in the migration of their data stored under DB2 platform into a new ad hoc database in SQL Server 2005.

Involved in "Progetto People", an Italian e-government project. The aim of the project was to provide to users about 200 ready-to-use front-end services for local administrations. • Involved in developing the web interfaces and web services related to education, using SQL Server and Visual Studio 2005 (C#) under Framework 2.0. • Involved in training courses for the final users. Conducted front-to-front courses on how to use, customize and expand Front-End Services, how to connect them to their systems and how to develop Back-End software to manage requests. Also involved, in the second part of the contract, in designing and developing a web-based application created by customizing Mantis, an open source tool to manage bugs, to support the Help-Desk activity to the MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) using MySql and ASP and in creating most of the reports on the Help-Desk activity.
