Work closely with CFO to analyze company budgets and reallocate operating funds to better capitalize on market conditions. Manage administrative personnel who support production, operating, and sales activities. Analyze sales reports and match marketing expenses to results to determine most effective strategies. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives. Revise objectives and plan in accordance with current market conditions. Develop and implement industrial, labor and public relations policies designed to improve and maintain company image , enhance relationships with customers, and boost employee morale.
