Chaired various internal A380 Committees and Subcommittees, participating in more than 70 Airbus A380 Customer Focus Group meetings and representing FedEx at the A380 Customer Review Board as well as regulatory meetings with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Advised upper-management on necessary design changes required to maximize functionality of aircraft by reviewing technical proposals for Freighter variants of Boeing 737, 757, 777 and the Fokker F-100.
