With over 10 years of combined experience in construction engineering and computer-aided design drafting, I have developed a strong set of skills and knowledge in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, and fabrication. I am currently a Horizontal Construction Engineer at the Arizona Army National Guard, where I perform earthwork and grading, heavy equipment operation, site preparation and underground utilities, site surveys and layout, and project planning and construction management. I am passionate about serving my country and community, and I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented professionals across different disciplines and sectors.In addition to my military service, I am also a Computer Aided Design Drafter at Arcadia Custom, a leading manufacturer of luxury windows and doors. I use specialized software to convert the designs of architects and engineers into technical drawings, and I play a key role in preparing construction and fabrication drawings for production purposes. I participate in developing project specifications, design criteria, and design requirements, and I interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to craft accurate drawings. I also generate 2D and 3D models of components, assemblies, and systems, and I perform precise calculations and measurements to ensure the compatibility and functionality of designs. I have extensive experience with Revit, AutoCAD Mechanical, and AutoCAD Plant 3D, and I am proficient in English and Spanish.
