Along my career path I have become acquainted with different business environments and gained managerial competences and strong background in Finance, Administration and Control working for 13 years in a “Big four” company as consultant and audit senior manager and continuing for Italian listed Groups covering different managerial roles (Head of AFC foreign subsidiaries, CFO, Head of Project Financial Control). I have had the chance to face the financial and administration complexity of several EPC Contracts in the frame of various Projects and demanding Clients. I have become acquainted with different business environments and learnt how to develop strong flexibility, problem-solving skills to address technical and/or organizational issues, high managerial competence and the ability to handle complex situations in a timely and accurate manner. Strong people management skill (responsible of a team made of 8 people covering the role of CFO in Softeco and head of a staff of 15 people in PwC managing a client portfolio for approximately 15,000 chargeable hours per year and approximately 1.5 million euro turnover).Registered auditor (no. 150031, Official Gazette no. 30 of April 15, 2008).
