• Review and verify team payroll outputs.
• Process and deliver payroll calculations for large HC clients.
• Provide payroll and personnel advisory services to clients.
• Oversee client communication via email.
• Implement income tax and social insurance reconciliation reports as requested by clients.

• SAP processing: including personnel, payroll, comp. & ben. and organization chart.
• Personnel: Collect, file and update employee files.
• Payroll: Process monthly reports (Attendance to payroll, local authorities’ and tax reports).
• Recruitment: White and blue collars from job requisition until final selection.
• Comp and Ben: Review sales rep commissions, annual appraisal, promotions and overtime.
• Ensure legal compliance in various functions (labor law, social insurance, salary tax).

• Personnel: Collect, file and update employee files.
• Payroll: Collect attendance, overtime, social and medical insurance calculations.
• Recruitment: White and blue collars from job requisition until final selection.
• Social Insurance Office: Forms 1, 2, 6, 7, 101, and 111 preparation.
• Medical Insurance: Opts in and out and annual agreement renewals.
• Support the day to day resolution of employees’ issues and disputes.

• Handle Customers inquires.
• Explain, provide and pay billing queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Log customer details on the CRM.
