As AKKA’s Principal Consultant I was deeply involved in both operation and management roles. In strict relationiship with the Business Unit' colleagues, my tasks included: people management, recruiting, Customer management, new business development and offer development.During 2016 and 2017 I was the main responsible for the AKKA's North-East development starting from premises management, accounting, framework agreements, partner managment and offer development.

As Consultant inside "Aero-Mechanical Systems" department under UAS Line of Business, currently I'm in charge of developing high fidelity simulators for military training purposes. In particular I follow the design, the development, the integration at final sites and acceptance phases of all ancillaries systems either for aircrafts or helicopters (included fuel system, electrical/hydraulical power generation and distribution systems, etc.).Main tasks include:- WBE responsible (system design autorithy and development, team coordination, requirements management, design review meetings, PM/PEM support and relationships with clients).- Aircraft systems and flight dynamics modeling with MathWorks Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow.- Writing project documentation compliant with MIL-STD-498.
