Global Talent is one of the main services/products of AIESEC which focuses on providing young talent around the world an opportunity to work in a foreign country.The Incoming Global Talent area is responsible to facilitate these skilled youth the process to work in local companies; necessary documentation for visa permits, logistics, accommodation, business relationships, legality and financial accountability.Companies partner up with AIESEC to bring talented foreign personnel to work in the areas of Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, IT, or Engineering. Main activities:-Managing the sales team to create new partnerships with companies.-Managing the legal team to have documentation and legality in order.-Collections issues with partners and negotiations.-Tracking the experience of every exchange participant.During my position period, my team and I were able to:-Partner with companies like Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).-Receive 14 exchange participants from Austria, Colombia, Germany, Russia and other nationalities.I also started my AIESEC career in marketing during this period writing some blogs and learning Search Engine Optimization.
