- Project Manager for a big UK Bank Company following network and infrastructure services migration to one consolidated Data Center. Country focal point for network stream and coordinate cross relationship between infrastructure and application needs, managing the communication with involved 3rd-parties.- For a lead online insurance group from Swiss, I followed a migration project where the first goal was resource optimizations. In charge of solution architect for network stream, I planned and followed all the activities together with the other streams. I managed the relations with the service provider in order to achieve the project objectives.- Data Center consolidation project of Insurance groups. Consolidation of multiple remote DCs across Europe into a single centralized Next Generation Data Center.
