- Project Manager for a big UK Bank Company following network and infrastructure services migration to one consolidated Data Center. Country focal point for network stream and coordinate cross relationship between infrastructure and application needs, managing the communication with involved 3rd-parties.- For a lead online insurance group from Swiss, I followed a migration project where the first goal was resource optimizations. In charge of solution architect for network stream, I planned and followed all the activities together with the other streams. I managed the relations with the service provider in order to achieve the project objectives.- Data Center consolidation project of Insurance groups. Consolidation of multiple remote DCs across Europe into a single centralized Next Generation Data Center. In charge of technical design for network stream (HLD and LLD).- Italian fashion Industry operating across Europe and some other world countries (e.g. UAE, Kuwait, India) with more than 130 shops. Assess the actual centralized Wi-Fi infrastructure distributed across all the shops to identify performance issues and propose the best mitigation activity. Project goals were to identify performance issues and tuning mitigations related to poor customers feedback for Wi-Fi services.- Data Center consolidation project for lead food group.
