I’m the Account Delivery Executive of ISD and I’m responsible of Public Sector segment in Italy.I’m managing the major clients of the public administration, generating about 6M € of billing and 5,5M€ of Delivery Value in the last fiscal year and exceeding my FY22 targets.These two years and half in this role have allowed me to build excellent and solid relationships both with the customers I have worked for, and internally working together with the different account teams with the aim of increase the business and the adoption of cloud technologies.I support presales and sales phases to accelerate customer digitalization and cloud adoption.

Project Manager @CONSIPI manage a project that was composed by a set of applications to support the handling of tenders, client accounting and billing, archiving personal data. I hold the position of project leader and my main responsibilities include planning activities, effort estimating, analyzing time and cost of delivery, managing the entire life cycle, organizing and staffing the resources needed to achieve targets.I coordinate a team about 5-7 people, located at the headquarters of the customer, who is responsible to collect and analyze user requirements and a team of 4-6 people, located at the Accenture Delivery Center in Naples, to develop new applications or evolve existing applications.I work closely with the CONSIP employers (about 5 project leader of developments, two controllers of balance and quality, a manager).In the last period I have taken over two other sites at the MISE and the DAG, which refer to the same contract under CONSIP.Team Leader @Ministry of JusticeI coordinate a team to develop a custom ECM platform to digitize some business process of the Client. I am responsible for the analysis phase of supporting the customer requirements, planning and coordination of software development.
