Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of the execution of the maintenance of the mining company assets. Key Responsibilities • Maintenance Management criticality and reliability analysis, condition monitoring, lubrication, plans, programs, services, procurement, and repair of major components in mine and plant.• Implementation of a methodology for the planning and scheduling of maintenance of critical assets of the operation. Achievements• Development and implementation of a Plant Shutdown Management model based on PMI project management methodology.• In CAT Loaders fleet: Extension of the service life of 15w40 motor oil from 200 to 250 hours, by means of oil analysis and microfiltration techniques.

- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for Concentrator Plant equipment. Coordination with Operations and Logistics to define intervention times and availability of resources.- Responsible for the supply management of resources (tools, spare parts, equipment, personnel) for the execution of scheduled maintenance activities. Technical evaluation, follow-up and compliance.- Elaboration, analysis and control of the area's operating budget (OPEX): Planned vs. Actual, and the investment budget (CAPEX). - Planning of plant shutdowns and their resource requirements. Preparation of pre and post plant shutdown presentations. - Responsible for plant maintenance management in the ERP SAP platform in its PM and MM modules. - Manage maintenance indicators: Availability, MTBF, MTTR, USD/Ton, etc..., of the main plant equipment.- Responsible for the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual maintenance management reports.

Organize and plan the necessary resources of the area for the execution of preventive maintenance programs, considered in the annual budget, with the objective of reducing corrective maintenance costs of equipment and plant facilities, in order to prevent the occurrence of unscheduled shutdowns of equipment in the subway mine and concentrator plant, ensuring the availability and reliability of assets, respecting the standards and procedures of safety, occupational health, environment and quality.- Elaborate, analyze and control the area's budget (OPEX): Planned vs. Actual.- Generate preventive maintenance programs in coordination with Operations and Logistics.- Define the strategic spare parts that must remain in operation for any contingency.- Control the useful life of critical components of plant equipment.- Develop the follow-up and compliance of the Solpeds, for repairs or requirements of spare parts or supplies, as the case may be.- Review and validate the projection of maintenance plans.- Participation in daily coordination meetings with all areas of the Unit.- Organization of technical and safety events for the area.

- Develop and implement performance indicators for the measurement and control of projects in launch and execution. Monitor and report on the progress of the projects.- Follow up on Regional Committees to ensure the execution of established action plans, participation and compliance with commitments through coordination with Legal, Licensing, Operations and Business management.- Analyze the performance of project indicators and the evaluation of the income statement.- Perform cost and budget control of launching profiles and closing profiles using SAP and QlikView viewer.- Perform work progress audits (buildings and urban habilitation), field documentation and G&P statuses and to ensure compliance with project profit margin.- Analyze change requests, to evaluate their impact on scope, time, cost and/or quality on projects.- Manage the documentation of the portfolio projects: project charter, meeting minutes, project plan, quality dossier, lessons learned, etc....

- Follow-up and Control of the Company's Projects under execution, according to plan and giving the respective alerts.- Elaboration of performance reports of portfolio projects, to the Operations and Administration Managements.- Implementation of performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the effectiveness of the company's areas.- Advise the heads of the different areas in the collection of information regarding their processes and projects in execution.- Manage information for the Quality Dossier, for client's approval and to obtain the Works Approval.

Responsible for general activities of planning, monitoring and control of projects, monitoring the percentage of progress per project, meeting deadlines.Responsible for the follow-up of Works and Management Indicators of the company's Projects, which allow to know the real status of the Work in execution, and the monthly performance in the area.

Responsible for the follow-up and control of steel structure manufacturing projects, implementing several engineering tools: Man-Power (Assistance and Distribution of Personnel in each Project), Tareo (Control of Man Hours), Manufacturing Yields (Kilograms of steel produced per Man Hour) and Plant Layout (Distribution of the work area according to the projects in execution).

In charge of the supervision of process control activities per project, which include: equipment control, man hours, material tracking, etc.In charge of process follow-up, elaboration of performance reports, and elaboration of production indexes, updating of "S" curves and management reporting of production progress.
