With over 35 years of experience in the Supply Chain world, I initially worked as an employee for major global companies, with ERICSSON being the most prominent. I then shifted my focus to consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises on commercial and management development projects, taking on a key role as a Temporary Manager.Since July 2019, I have been an active member of the Italian Association of Temporary Managers, "Leading Network."I am an expert in Supply Chain management, with a specialization in complex and "high value-added" logistics projects, ranging from sales forecasting analysis to the delivery of goods to the final customer. Since 2019, I have been the General Manager and responsible for the business development project of a family-owned enterprise, overseeing outsourced logistics.I have designed, implemented, and managed traditional handling, warehousing, and shipping projects, as well as projects related to eCommerce and dropshipping, on behalf of prominent companies in the fashion, electronics, and cosmetics sectors.Passion, enthusiasm, curiosity, and energy have always characterized my experiences. Every choice and decision has been aimed at achieving corporate goals.
