Since 1988 I have earned my credits in the financial industry, working on projects for large banks in the Netherlands, like RaboBank and ABN/AMRO. I have been working on front- and back-office applications, ATM application, Tasking Unix own created kernel for the PTS of RaboBank.Since 2000 I merged into the embedded world, leading and working together with engineers to create the development environment for the SLE88 smartcard of Infineon.Starting March 2008 I also took over the management of the TriCore (automotive chip) project.In 2016 I switched from traditional Project Management (aka Waterfall) to Agile Project Management using scrum, via Product Owner to Agile Project Management.I focus on being a servant manager for the Project Teams.I am interested in new working environments, expanding my knowledge on both management and technical areas.For those who are interested, I have several hobbies: American Kenpo Karate (self defense), GeoCaching, mind puzzles, 3D puzzles, walking and ancient-site-seeing. And above all, my family, walking and going out together.My specialties in leadership are coaching teams, setting up good relationships with customers, setting up contracts, planning and keep within those time schedules for releasing.My specialties in software engineering are designing software and specifications, developing software (preferable technical environment), debugging.
