Moller - Maersk and acquired by DFDS in 2010.My role with Norfolkline was to structure and further develop the treasury function and manage the Treasury Analyst. My responsibilities included:- Group wide cash management and cash flow forecasting- Ensure long term funding and short term liquidity- Advise and assist group entities on tax, equity and working capital related issues- Assist with the sale and purchase of fixed assets- Relationship management with Banks, Finance Managers and parent A.P. Moller - Maersk A/SMy accomplishments include the restructuring of the group loan portfolio, negotiate a EUR 750million bilateral credit facility, enhance and standardise the IFRS accounting for financial instruments, tender the European merchant acquiring business, refine the treasury policy and document and standardise procedures.

USD 3 billion.The Treasury HQ consisted of three team members where I was the key person between the day-to-day activities and setting the long term treasury strategy. I was responsible for the global daily cash management, intercompany financing, FX hedging (spots, forwards, swaps), short term borrowings and managing the Treasury Analyst.My main accomplishment during this period was the set-up of a multi-currency notional pool for EUR and GBP which was unique at that time.
