As programmanager, I am responsible for the successful implementation and use of Education Online within ROC Nijmegen. All employees will be working with the new digital education system within two years. My project approach is to be as creative as possible to organize as much enthusiasm as possible within the entire organization. With a project team of 15 people and 12 subprojects, some 1,000 employees will be working with the system. In such a way that everyone is challenged to appeal to his/her creativity in the use of Education Online.

Sappi decided to sell the Nijmegen factory to AIAC, an industrial acquisition group with 8000 FTE and 50 manufacturing sites. In that transition a Pre carve-out plan had to be made for the IT infrastructure. All applications and services needed to be migrated or changed to a new platform. Marco was responsible for this whole process, including new desktop infrastructure, wifi and lan infrastructure, SAP installation, Honeywell MES implementation and supply chain system.
