I have a strong tech background and a hybrid knowledge that spans from tech innovation to digital marketing.Most recently, I worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Botshelf.ai, a startup that provides a platform for creating and managing chatbots using generative AI. There, I was responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, overseeing the customer experience, and collaborating with the product and engineering teams. Previously, I was one of the Strategy Directors at Sketchin, a design and innovation studio, and the Head of Digital Channels at CheBanca!, the retail bank of Gruppo Mediobanca. In these roles, I applied my skills in innovation management, digital project management, customer experience, and web and mobile applications to drive digital transformation and growth.
