• Organizing full cycle of supply chain from engineering inputs to procurement, transport, taxes, kitting and assembly
• Development and implementation of designed solutions for complex project challenges in close collaboration with broad range of stakeholders (customers, suppliers, cross-functional internal teams)
• Supervised procurement processes and activities to ensure on-time components deliveries, negotiated and followed up with suppliers’ critical deliveries

• Execution of the last GT26 heavy duty gas turbine manufactured by GE. It was assembled at Ansaldo Energia’s facility in Genoa, since GE’s production unit in Mannheim was closed end of 2017.Ansaldo provided us a.
• Development of full process chain from product definition and supply chain, procurement (>25’000 parts), transport, taxes, ware housing, quality and assembly
• Set-up of working place and work processes in Genoa: tools, consumables, equipment, drawings, instructions, safety requirements
• Resolution and problem solving of technical issues and non-conformities in close cooperation with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure on time delivery and payment milestone
• Leading full cycle of supply chain from engineering inputs to procurement, transport, kitting and assembly until on-time delivery of the Gas Turbine to full customer satisfaction
• Building of a strong, intercultural and highly motivated team of GE employees, external service providers and employees of the competitor Ansaldo Energia

• In November 2015 GE acquired Alstom’s Power Business and the European Commission approved this deal under the condition, that GE had to divest parts of Alstom’s heavy-duty gas turbines (GT26 & GT36) to Ansaldo Energia.
• Management of parts production ordered by Ansaldo, from defining and negotiating to purchase order, execution and invoicing
• Leading of on-boarding (trainer and trainees) sessions and training execution in different GE production facilities in Europe
• Leading Asset transfers from internal factories and suppliers: negotiation, communication, 3rd party supplier letters
• Build trustful relationships with the Customers’ teams at every level through proactive and transparent communication and issues resolutions
• Set-up, negotiated, implemented and maintained the Rules and Guidelines handbook for successful collaboration among multiple internal and customer stakeholders
