Dreamtime is a dive resort located in Costa Maya, Mexico. Nominated as one of the top 40 dive resorts in the world in 2007 and current provides all dives excursions to curise ships entering the port of Costa Maya.

Senior leader tasked with the evaluation and transformation of Ceridian's under-performing international business to one that is now thriving and a core growth engine for the company. This transformation was achieved through multiple strategies such as technology development, operational improvements, sales team redesign, and creative marketing strategies. Within 2 years exceeded sales quotas by 160%, launched Ceridian's new global payroll platform (Dayforce ConnectedPay) and made the services available to Ceridian's entire sales force.

Key leader in Ceridian's cross sell organization tasked with the transformation of Ceridian's silo'd business units to one of portfolio selling. Through this transformation, Ceridian was able to eliminate role redundancies while achieving an incremental sales growth of $40M+ in year one with an estimated impact of over $100M+ over 5 years. The customer experience was greatly enhanced with this transformation as well, eliminating multiple contact points, defining a clear value proposition, and creating more focus on the customer at all levels.

Successfully led several key business initiatives to launch Ceridian into the enterprise market space (10K+ employees). This included the ground up development of the sales and solutions teams, development of new technology strategies to support complex customers, implementation of new processes and sales techniques to compete in the space, and market strategies to create brand awareness. Ceridian's largest clients were generated through these efforts and now the Enterprise market sector is a key driver in Ceridian's growth strategy.
