Prior to joining Prophet as Strategic Design Lead, I've worked as a consultant for the World’s most admired global innovation and design agencies such as Idea Couture (Cognizant) and Fjord (Accenture), where I honed in on the craft of outside-in business and experience imagineering. I've done so across various contexts and industries - spanning from the fuzzy front end of innovation, large scale transformation programs to agile product innovation sprints - always with the goal of increasing people-centricity while shaping tomorrow's propositions and experience journeys.I hold a BA in Design Management and Industrial Design from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, as well as an MA (with distinction) in Service Design and Innovation from the University of the Arts London. Apart from my formal degrees, I completed various courses in strategic foresight, sustainability, circular design, design ethnography, innovation management, business modelling and systems thinking.Before working in the realm of design and innovation, I contracted for various media outlets, TV channels and brand agencies or partnered up with early stage start-ups, where I was engaged as a brand storyteller, video editor and multimedia producer.
