The Art of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts is one of grace, elegance, and beauty. But also of mindfulness-movement meditation, energetic healing, and mind-spirit balance coordinated with advanced exercise methods all leading an individual to the pinnacle of health and well being. I have had the pleasure of being a First Place Champion at many tournaments, consecutively, over the years, and to watch my martial arts students do the same. But as an instructor to non-martial artists, it has been a truly unsurpassed pleasure to be able to teach hundreds of people throughout my 30 year journey. Watching them learn, grow, and to understand themselves in ever-deepening ways on their own journeys of personal development is something indescribably beautiful. And That is the most important, and greatest, part of the beauty that TCMA has contributed to my life.My goal is to continue this vocation beyond the function of my school to allow others to receive the benefits this lifestyle promotes, as both a creative and motivational teaching artist for after-school/out-of-school-time programs, and as an energetically charged health-wellness workshop coach and speaker for businesses looking to integrate stress-reduction and life-balancing into their business culture.
