Responsible for sourcing, structuring and directing the underwriting for asset based loans via a calling effort on private equity, intermediary and corporate clients in Illinois and Ohio.

• Managed a team of 10 professionals tasked with meeting the financing needs of over 300 private equity sponsors nationwide. Activities included team management, deal sourcing, underwriting, closing and post-close.
• Completed over 150 face-to-face meetings alongside business development staff each year.
• Reviewed over 300 new financing opportunities in each of 2004 and 2005.
• Lead the team to close over $500 million of new financings in 2005 and $245 million in 2004 and managed over $200 million of loans across a diverse portfolio of borrowers.
