Marc Prosser is an imaginative, dynamic senior executive with experience growing a company from start-up to category leader. In his second position after graduating college, he joined a small financial technology start-up as the Chief Marketing Officer. The company became the number one retail forex broker (FDM) in the United States and went public on New York Stock Exchange with a market capitalization exceeding $1 billion. During his eleven years at the retail forex broker, Marc served as the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer, managed the firm’s research department and co-lead a joint-venture with the world’s largest futures firm. Marc is particularly proud of his efforts as a pioneer in the field of content marketing. He launched and oversaw, DailyFX, a website that provided real-time market commentary to forex traders. DailyFX was spun off and sold for $40 million . Marc co-founded the website, Fit Small Business, which publishes educational information and product reviews for the small business community. In the first 6 years, the business grew from the founders to over 150 full-time professionals. As Publisher (2013 - 2018) of Fit Small Business, Marc was responsible for the company’s business development and sales efforts. These efforts resulted in leading companies including Intuit, Square, Bank of America, Zillow, and Indeed, becoming advertisers. At the end of 2018, the company transitioned corporate structures and Marc became Chairman of The Board. In 2022, the company was sold to Technology Advice.Most recently, Marc co-founded Choosing Therapy, a consumer mental health website. The site provides actionable information that is clinically accurate to those looking to improve their mental health.
