As PhD Researcher, I applied my extensive academic background and research skills to create a framework to manage investments in complex and dynamic adaptive systems based on Systems Thinking, holistic approach. Additionally, I managed and monitored the IT budgets and programs for military education, academic education, including the Royal Military Academy (RMA), research and development, including the Royal High Institute for Defense, and the RMA library in collaboration with DG Material Resources. I also developed and implemented policy and management by collaborating with the Division Support of DG Education. Finally, I served as IT manager for education and IT asset manager for all units of DG Education.My Key Accomplishments included:• Standardizing hardware and software for Research in Defense, resulting in 36% cost reduction.• Optimizing maintenance contracts with a 20% cost reduction.• Developing and deploying in-house made School Management System for all educational units and Defense Schools in an environment too specific for COTS.• Building a global SharePoint portal for all defense schools based on Defense wide Microsoft contract to enhance sharing of information and documents.

As Technical Director, I utilized my technical and management experience to efficiently manage the IT initiatives of the RMA. I also oversaw audio-visual and Conference Center activities and established policy and management with the Director Support of the RMA. In addition, I provided technical support to the military university library and tested new open source software.
