After joining the company in 2007 as Director of Business Development, Marc was immediately tasked with strategically realigning the vision and brand for three subsidiaries specializing in Private Finance, Capital Management, and Real Estate Development. Marc was promoted to the Executive Leadership Team and lead the Investment Division for the Private Financing Subsidiary whose charge was developing key partnerships with institutions, family investment offices, and other capital partners for investments in the private financed real estate projects.

After acting as a consultant to Marriott International's management team during the development phase of the new Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott Hotel, the Resort Owners hired Marc to lead Marketing and Business Development efforts as part of the 5-person executive management team striving to relaunch the 10,000 acre for the resort community which had been originally developed in 1971.

I could not be more grateful for starting my career at Dell in the late 90's. Dell was a happening place, full of life and opportunity. I started the week after I graduated college and started as an entry level salesperson selling computers over the phone to consumers. After immediate success, I was plucked from the consumer division to the front lines of their corporate sales division. I proceeded up the ranks to get the chance to work on larger and larger accounts. I ended up working a niche for myself to be focus on professional sports franchises and their relationships with Dell. Dell rewarded me with a great stock plan and amazing reward trips that they would give to the top 2 or 3 sales executives in each division. Dell instilled my great work ethic and appreciation for top notch training and resources. Most of my operational mindset for tracking and measuring success came from my days and Dell and I'm so glad I had the chance to start my career there.
