About Marc Rayner
After 15 years working in resourcing & project delivery in the recruitment industry, I moved into business operations management.I am now Group COO for a venture capitalist firm who invest in entrepreneurs to help them set up their own business; we currently have 15 businesses in the portfolio including recruitment, legal costs, luxury car sales and pallet recycling.I look after all operations across the portfolio through a centralised operations team covering finance, marketing, health & safety, operations and HR.We also own a number of commercial properties across the UK and are now the freeholder of a 16 unit business park in Leeds, West Yorkshire, which I am responsible for managing through my team.
