I started a career within the property industry in 1988, I studied/acquired a diploma in Residential Estate Agency via the National Association Of Estate Agents and the Kings College in London in 1991. I wanted to further my qualifications and in 2019, I qualified as a DEA (domestic energy assessor).During my career I gained various promotions starting as a negotiator, valuer, manager and area manager. In 2003 I became a partner/director and business owner. In April 2022, I decided to sell my shareholding but was asked to stay with the company in a consultancy role so I could share my knowledge and expertise which assisted colleagues gain more insight into the world of estate agency. In addition I continue to utilise my DEA qualification to provide EPCs for clients.I have extensive experience in residential property (and qualifications), as well as business management, I have lead company expansion, created new divisions and marketing opportunities I have gained many valuable attributes and experiences, some of which include-:* Leadership/management skills.* Former Money Laundering company officer* Sales and Marketing * Excellent communication * Relationship building for recommendations/repeat business.* Expansion of office divisions, premises and mergers.I would welcome any opportunities which I could utilise my array skills and be of value within a forward thinking organisation.
