Marc's experience includes:- acting for Brockton Everlast on various acquisitions and other transactions from its formation in 2018 to 2022; - acting for the Dolphin Square Foundation on various matters including the corporate acquisition and then management of The New Era Estate;- acting for Fora in relation to various acquisitions and on the real estate aspects aspects of Fora’s merger with The Office Group; - acting for the Station Office Network in taking a lease of two floors of The Shard; - acting for Brockton Capital Partners in relation to various acquisitions, lettings and disposals including in relation to the acquisition of the ex Royal Mail Sorting Office, New Oxford Street and the subsequent establishment of a joint venture with Oxford Properties and the development and sale of the property by the joint venture vehicle;- acting for Westminster City Council on large development based real estate matters including the development deal with London Business School in relation to the Council House, Marylebone and on the disposal of the Moxon Street Car Park;- acting for Manhattan Loft Corporation on various development projects;
