As HRBP I was directly involved in:Talent Acquisition:- Determine HR needs and goals in collaboration with management (purchasing, product managers, data analytics, etc.). - Global talent acquisition for HQ roles. Job posting, direct search, candidate screening, interviews, assesment and establishing salaries. Work with the managers to find the perfect fit in terms of professional profile, personality and personal goals aligned with the company.- Content creation for Linkedin aiming to improve the employer branding and the in bound recruiting.Learning & Development: - Training plan design and management of headquarter, stores and warehouse. Identify the needs of each area and align them with the business estrategy. - Manage the LMS (Netex), establish training KPIS and reporting.- Content development for e-learning and hybrid training programs. Using authoring tools like Rise 360 I developed elearning programs for retail and headquarter, improving the scope and efectiveness of the previous existing trainings. - Design and delivery of face-to-face training. From sessions of "insight Discovery" to leadership programs for team managers. - Implementing Kaizen in the Warehouse: Definig KPIs, standardization of processes, problem solving trainings, continuous improvement plans, organizing Daily Meetings. ER:- Create policies and identify ways to improve the relationship between the company’s leadership and its employees. - On boarding design and delivery. - Performance management & feedback plans. - Conflict resolution. - Copywriting for internal communications looking for a better impact of the corporate messages.Compensation:- Establish salaries for the new hirings.- Annual salary reviews.- Manage other benefits (Cantine, retribución flexible, Gym, etc.).Compliance: - Work with the labour law and risk prevention teams to ensure company compliance and solve employee queries.
