Positive AI is an association created at the end of 2022 by 4 founding members: BCG X, L'Oréal, Malakoff Humanis and Orange. It aims to promote the development of responsible AI, further driven by the AI Act of the European Commission. It offers its members the opportunity to participate in a community of experts on the subject and tools to evaluate their algorithms.My mission for Positive AI participates in the development of the Association with the implementation of an operational plan for the identification and recruitment of new members.

I am a member of the Internal Consultancy Agency, whose role is to support strategic transformation programs of Orange Group and its entities worldwide, thanks to an agile methodology directly applied to change management. We bring both large individual professional experiences and a deep knowledge of the Orange Group in order to rapidly drive success and engagement during these transformation phases.My previous mission for 2 years aimed at developing a new line of business for a specific category of customers, defining a global strategy at Group level and local organizations in the 30+ Orange countries, in order to position Orange as a global leader on this new market. My role encompasses various activities like international business development, consulting, innovation, marketing, digital communication, partnership management.My current mission concerns the transformation of one of the B2B Orange subsidiary, to support the 20%+ growth in the coming years, by engaging managers and employees into a collaborative work at company level, to identifiy concrete transformation initiatives at all levels and to deploy them in an agile test & learn approach.

In complement to my activity as an in-house consultant, my complementary role is to lead the business development activities of the Orange Internal Consultancy, aiming at detecting and qualifying new internal projects, together with managing the process from identification to kick-off.

My role is to develop the international revenue made by Orange Business Services with the French large accounts. It includes account strategy definition, pipe generation, customer facing presentations and negociations, support of local pre-sales, sales and operation teams to build and address international projects of customers, teaming with Orange Business Services' worldwide teams, partnership with vendors to address specific requirements. It covers the entire Orange Business Services porftolio, from network to video and integration.
