Current• Chairman of the Bluetongue Brewery Safety Committee since 2010. A proud record of over 1200 days with no LTI’s.• Increased annual volume to plan reliability % delivered by the Brewery from 90.09% in 2010 to 96.4% in 2013 through optimisation of planning processes.• Increased SKU reliability delivered by the Brewery from 74% in 2011 to currently 88% again through optimisation of site planning processes.• Decreased downtime to Packaging due to raw material quality from 2.68% factory hours in 2012 to 1.51% in 2013 resulting from increased supplier engagement and the introduction of monthly review meetings and measurable supplier KPI’s • Played a leadership role in a successful transition from PacBev to CUB from a systems and Master Data perspective in Jan 2012.• Optimised site planning assisting in Bluetongue Brewery being ranked 49th of SAB Miller’s 88 participating breweries in the Global KPI Scorecard. Currently ranked globally number 1/88 for container loss, number 1/88 for water usage, and number 10/88 for energy consumption.• Led the site implementation of all NPD, product changes, and raw material changes since 2010 including the launch of Matilda Bay Minimum Chips and Ruby Tuesday, as well as Carlton Dry and Pure Blonde 12 Pack Shrink wrapped ‘Grab’ n ’Go’ SKU’s in 2014.
