-Packaging Subject Matter Expert: packaging design of 300 products at 2 plants.-Green Belt Project 1 (data driven problem-solving methodology): European Harmonisation of Simulated Distribution Method, analysing current test methods and lab capabilities across the continent in order to improve agility and improve efficiencies.-Green Belt Project 2 (data driven problem-solving methodology): Reduction of Process Variability in Pouch Sealing, variability leading to difficulties in meeting specifications.-Optimisation of documentation processing procedure and programming of a visual management aid in Visual Basic to track supply/demand, workloads and queues.

- Supporting development activities related to plastic disposable products, involving: review of specifications; functional testing of changes over the intended shelf life; and process optimisation.- Use of CAD software packages (ProEngineer and Autodesk Inventor) to generate the necessary engineering drawings.- Project management of resources and various stakeholders to ensure delivery of time sensitive project with no impact on product availability to the customer.

- Responsible for running the day-to-day summer operations of 3 hotels and 1 school for 150-300 students aged 14-20.- Focus on quality, student welfare, accommodation, problem solving, and scheduling.-Developed the procedural framework for revamped Adventure Program, ensuring integration with 6 other junior programs.-Developed a basic model for prediction of student attendance on activities, improving booking accuracy and resulting in reduced cancellation costs.

- Responsible for running the day-to-day summer operations of 1 hotel and 1 school for 50-250 students aged 8-17.- Training, supervision and evaluation of 25 program staff members.- Focus on supplier quality, student welfare, accommodation, human resources, and scheduling.- Implemented lean principals such as work standardization, Kanban, visual management and 5S in order to streamline administrative functions and reduce customer complaints.- Revisited the in-house activity program from a financial and customer perspective, making improvements where necessary.

-5 week placement, rotating through the Manufacturing Engineering, Design Electric, Tool Shop and Injection Moulding departments.-Experienced a wide variety of projects and roles from different perspectives, including: setting up of automated and manual assembly lines, sitting in on a multi-departmental design meeting, mould machining and repair, dimensional quality control of injection moulded parts.
