Reporting to the owners of the Company, the main responsibilities are:- Coordination and management of the staff, helping them and motivating them when it is necessary.- Financial and accounting control of the office.- Cost-benefit analysis of the different areas and comercial indicators.- Supporting the commercial team in the new clients acquisition.- Periodically Reports and coordination of the owners committee. - Accounting, tax and/or laboral maintenance of selected clients.

Reporting to the owners of the Company:- Feasibility studies and elaboration of Economic Plans.- Preparation of selling documents.- Coordination and control of the different subsidiary companies.- Financial statements analysis.- Variance analysis.

Reporting to Companies Department:Accounting management and maintenance of national companies, including, among others:- Bookkeeping maintenance of the assigned companies.- Bank reconciliations.- Treasury forecasts.- Preparation of the financial statements.- Preparation and submission to the official authorities of the corresponding taxes.- Analysis of the profitability and proposals of optimization.- Tax advising.- Human Resources Management: payroll elaboration, among others.Management and maintenance of International structures, which includes, in particular:- Bank reconciliations.- Analysis of the profitability and proposals of optimization.- Tax advising.- Organization of the structures.New companies consulting:- Market research.- Feasibility studies: development of economic plans.- Preparation of selling documents.Back office tasks:- Analysis of the positioning of the company, both the web and social networks.
