About Marc Shaw

Commitment and drive are two of my greatest assets, combined with an ambition to succeed and a thirst to develop. After spending 17 years building my career at Press Association in several areas, I moved to Perform Group in 2015 where I successfully delivered a variety of projects, products and services - on time and to budget - for a diverse range of clients. I have held senior roles at many of our key production centres during this time, managing diverse teams from around the world and generating huge volumes of premium content. Following the merge of Stats and Perform in 2019 I have been involved in the major restructuring of our business, culminating in a shift into a more focused role Director of Field Operations. I am now responsible for the Field Ops management team and a global network of more than 2500 Betting Data analysts, providing market-leading data from venues worldwide. I am a proven people manager able to adapt to new roles and remits quickly and efficiently using a wealth of experience and learning.
