CurrentOversee initiation, execution and completion of editorial projects. Leading up to 50 projects simultaneously. Managing project deliverables in time and quality.Responsible for work allocation, compilation and reporting of the project milestones on timely basis, developing and maintaining quality control processes.Act as subject matter expert on day-to-day trouble shooting activities.Functions as a team leader: Coordinating and coaching a team of 5 people. Responsible for the annual revenue. Act as a single point of contact for customers, representing the company and initiating selling and up-selling activities. Negotiating all contractual aspects such as deadlines, volume, quality as well as selling prices and writer fees.Acting as a consultant for customers by identifying their needs and developing a personalised service.Managing daily leads via phone and written form.
