Ensure hotel inventory is monitored and analyzed to maximize usage of all contracted space Assist in preparing, issuing, tracking and executing yearly contract for all assigned suppliers Maintaining and developing supplier relationship Assess critical reports to determine required bulk request Maintain and up to date chart of expenses incurred for backorder expenses Negotiate extra space/maintaining contract agreement Data entry in system: rates, terms and condition, costing, restriction etc. Participate in tariff proofing process

Responsible of the front desk/bellman/concierge team Handling guest comments/complaints, ensure proper follow up Daily coaching/training Daily report,meetings, scheduling and payroll entry Planning forecast and room inventory Ensuring our service satisfaction goals are met Assisting group organizer/verify details are met base on group request

Ensuring our loyal Guest are received professionally with personalize service Daily task to prepare flawless arrival for our VIP Monitoring room changes accordingly to guest preferences Ensuring all reports are revised base on preferences Working in low supervise environment and empowering decision when needed
