Main activities and responsibilities:- As part of the executive team of the LAR Group, I have the overall responsibility of the Technical Business Unit.- Creation of an own EASA approved Part 145 maintenance organization.- Selection & deployment of an integrated IT system covering all technical activities.- Signing responsible for key corporate projects (Prince2) reporting to the CEO.- Global project manager for the fleet expansion of the LAR Group (fixed and rotor wing).- Reorganize and restructure the existing units, introduction of process approach and Key Performance Indicators.- Nominated Postholder Maintenance System according to JAR-OPS

Main activities and responsibilities:- In charge of the Technical department (maintenance, engineering, planning, supplies, budget and training) covering 130 staff and a yearly budget of over 30 m€.- Nominated Postholder Maintenance System & Continuing Airworthiness according to JAR-OPS- Direct responsibility of the maintenance department as Head of Maintenance.- Continued reorganization of the entire Technical department. Focusing on process mapping, new procedures and workflows, cutting costs and staff, increasing revenue and efficiency. Project spanning over one year.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Senior Project Manager for the newly acquired fleet (Boeing 737NG, Bombardier Q400 & Embraer 135/145) including network planning, fleet planning & selection, overall contractual negotiation and management, supplier & BFE management, acceptance & delivery, staff training, phase in and related contracts.- Managing all technical contracts, including heavy maintenance checks, engine power by the hour support, full component support and access to technical pools.- Managing the contract and technical aspects of the fleet phase outs.- In charge of the technical support for all (50+) Luxair and Luxair Tours outstations.- Number two in a 140 staff technical business unit.- Future commercial network definition, one of four members involved.- Member participating actively in Boeing’s Maintenance Cost Working Group for the Boeing 737 NG.

The ELMO - European Line Maintenance Organization has been in existence since 1985 and was original created out of an ATLAS/KSSU cooperation in Europe and has been chaired by Luxair for two years. At the present moment the organization is grouping 22 Airlines in Europe. The activities relate to line maintenance cooperation in Europe and take place twice a year in February and September.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Head of project for several turn key installations worldwide, covering engineering, manufacturing, subcontracting, supervision and overall financial responsibility.- Concept, layout, programming, supplier supervison and industrial entry into service of a real time control unit in the United States.
