Hi there, I am Marc, nice to meet you. Here’s a little about me. I have been playing guitar since age 11. I graduated Musicians Institute in 1989. From there, I went on to teach 60+ private lessons week for many years while recording 6 of my own albums and gaining experience as a musician and in the industry. In 1999 I was asked to audition for a new live internet show called ‘Guitar Mania’. (GM) I landed the gig and began a 2 year 124 episode run of creating weekly guitar content. The show helped me attain many sponsors including Mesa Boogie Amps and Fender Guitars to name a couple. After (GM), I put together a TV version of the internet show that was sponsored by Musicians Institute called 'The Ultimate Guitar Show’. That show ran for 8+ years on COX communications public access channels in multiple markets. During that time, I became sponsored by Taylor Guitars.(TG) For the next 13 years from 2006 to 2019 I was a product specialist for TG performing / speaking for 1,000's of guitarists all over North America including Amsterdam and England. I performed at NAMM shows almost every year. I performed and did over 500 clinics / in-store roadshows for live audiences. I have many videos produced by TG featured on their socials and still do independent contractor work for TG and Elixir Strings.(ES) At the onset of pandemic, touring stopped and I agreed to work for FUGU.com to create another guitar show. This one live and fully interactive weekly, ‘Take the Lead’ (TTL) was born. I am currently 2.5 years / 123 episodes in as host of TTL. The show is sponsored weekly by ES and has many live viewers and many more archive on demand viewers. During the pandemic, I trained and received my private pilots license, bought an airplane and recently completed and passed my instrument check-ride. I am a fully instrument rated pilot! Flying is a huge passion of mine. I am ready to resume using the gifts I have and what I am good at. Those being: Understanding products in detail, presenting / selling products via live performances, speaking engagements and creating content. I love what I do as well as being knowledgable, professional, reliable and passionate about it. I’m here to help you in any way I can if you need the types of services I offer.
