Después de una larga carrera como futbolista, jugando en 12 clubes de diferentes territorios y conociendo distintas culturas e infinidad de personas, sigo vinculado a este magnífico deporte con otras inquietudes y responsabilidades. Trabajar en el RCD Mallorca, dentro del departamento de metodología y coordinación en la dirección de fútbol base, me permite vivir en el día a día de un club profesional. Tratamos de poner en duda las teorías y prácticas más tradicionales para entender el fútbol, las personas y las relaciones, desde el prisma de la complejidad. Intentamos estar en la vanguardia de las nuevas tendencias científicas que van surgiendo y revisando las ya presentes.Por otro lado, hace unos años cofundé Football Forward, junto a un grupo de trabajo creado a través de buenas amistades. Nuestra misión es revolucionarnos en la industria del fútbol, proporcionando servicios profesionales a jugadores, equipos y clubes que quieren dar un salto de calidad, vivir experiencias únicas y adaptarse a las demandas del momento. Disfrutar de lo que haces, con quién lo haces y para qué lo haces, pienso que es el motor principal para estar motivado en seguir aprendiendo y aportando.--- After a long career as a footballer, playing for 12 clubs in different territories and experiencing various cultures and countless persons, I remain deeply involved in this magnificent sport with other interests and responsibilities.Working at RCD Mallorca in the methodology and coordination department within the youth football management allows me to immerse myself in the daily operations of a professional club. We strive to challenge traditional theories and practices to understand football, people, and relationships through the lens of complexity. We aim to be at the forefront of emerging scientific trends and continually reassess existing ones.Additionally, a few years ago, I co-founded Football Forward with a group of individuals forged through strong friendships. Our mission is to revolutionize the football industry by providing professional services to players, teams, and clubs seeking to elevate their quality, live unique experiences, and adapt to current demands.I believe that enjoying what you do, who you do it with, and why you do it is the primary driving force for staying motivated to continue learning and contributing.
