Being able to explain the sales development and to give recommendations for the portfolio development.• Sales Strategy – Work closely with sales and dealer development, create and measure sales initiatives (promotion) for my regions and drive the product presentations at local events as well as the implementation and adaption of product launch strategies for target dealers. • Must Wins – Support sales and dealers on key client presentations and mock-ups, bringing a high level of application and product expertise. • Launch – Work hand in hand with the Launch Managers to firm up the launch plan. Also work very closely with corporate team during the implementation phases, driving implementation in respective markets. • Training on Products and Applications – Training tours, new comers and other unplanned trainings. . Also give input and support in creating the training material. • Voice of the region – know the region covered: its distribution, the promotional activities of local competitors, the dealer and sales network. • Cross- Functional role – The role also implies working in some instances on EMEA wide cross-functional duties, as determined by the Launch and Marketing Manager and Director• Representing the team in regional meetings, covering overview of product activity and novelties and other related product and application information important for the regions.
