Marc Joseph is a partner in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He is also a CPA. He has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and corporate law, and focuses on complex real estate matters, including joint ventures and partnership agreements involving preferred returns, buy-sells and control issues; bankruptcy-related real estate and lease acquisitions, retail, office and industrial leases with national tenants, purchases and dispositions involving tax structuring, earnouts and master leases; and financings, representing both lender and borrower, involving loan documentation, workouts, restructuring, participations, tri-party agreements and convertible mortgages.
