In de Portaal regio's Amersfoort en Nijmegen ben ik onderdeel van het team van assetmanagers. In Nijmegen ben ik verantwoordelijk voor drie wijken (Willemskwartier, Neerbosch-Oost en Heseveld), in Eemland heb ik een aantal renovatieprojecten onder mij. Voor beide regio's kijk ik regelmatig naar acquisitiemogelijkheden, voel je vrij om mij hierover te benaderen.

Vanuit mijn rol ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de aandacht en focus voor onze belangrijkste klant: onze huurder. Ondanks dat iedereen in onze organisatie zijn best doet binnen zijn of haar proces, zie je dat in bepaalde gevallen de huurder de dupe is van bepaalde procesgangen of besluiten. Dat willen wij als Portaal niet en daarom is een programma gestart onder mijn leiding. Vanuit het programma willen wij de huurder/service gerichtheid weer hoog in het vaandel hebben staan. Het programma is een tijdelijke en valt direct onder het bestuur. De belangrijkste resultaten zijn het bedenken en implementeren van een volledig nieuw klanttevredenheidsonderzoek waar een sterk verband werd gelegd tussen: verwachtingen wekken, iemand op de hoogte stellen wanneer een verwachting niet wordt gehaald en de uiteindelijke beoordeling: de score !Via een zelfontworpen Power BI dashboard en geautomatiseerde mails naar medewerkers (met info over bewonersvragen die aan hun waren toebedeeld), kregen we grip op de afhandeling. Zo daalde de doorlooptijd van gemiddeld 10 naar 5 werkdagen, en steeg het percentage van vragen dat wij binnen 5 werkdagen afhandelden van 60% naar 80%.De verantwoordelijkheid voor het behoud van deze trend ligt nu bij de lijn belegd. Een vernieuwd programma richt zich op aanvullende interventies die nodig zijn om de ingeslagen route voort te zetten.

Naast mijn reguliere werkzaamheden werk ik samen met een collega aan het promoten van duurzaam gedrag van onze collega's. Portaal wil niet alleen duurzaam handelen bij haar bezit, maar wil ook graag dat haar medewerkers CO2 bewust handelen. Wij focussen ons op drie pijlers: vervoer, kantoor en kantine. Hier verwachten wij het meeste resultaat te boeken. Wij doen er alles aan om bijvoorbeeld duurzaam vervoer in te regelen. Zo promoten en stimuleren wij bijvoorbeeld het vervoer met de fiets, het OV of elektrisch rijden. Ik kom graag in contact met mensen die ook resultaat willen boeken (of hebben geboekt) op dit onderwerp.

Binnen Portaal was ik verantwoordelijk voor het invoeren en beheren van Integraal Risico Management (Strategisch, Tactisch en Operationeel). In de afgelopen jaren is het framework in zijn geheel opgebouwd met als resultaat dat onze toezichthouder (Autoriteit Woningcorporaties) in 2018 schreef dat zij positief is over de inrichting en werking van het systeem van risicomanagement en beheersing binnen Portaal. Na dit (gezamenlijk) behaalde resultaat heb ik afscheid genomen van mijn functie als risicomanager en ben ik op verzoek doorgegroeid naar mijn functie als Programmamanager Huurder Centraal.

Stantson is a highly specialized consultancy firm around process and (integral) risk management within the financial services sector, healthcare and energy sectors. I was (sub)projectleader in amongst others the projects listed below. Besides my concultancy role I was responsible for sales within Stantson.Alliance Healthcare – Optimizing their Order-2-Cash process (Jun. 2010 – Apr. 2011);GVB – Mapping of their O2C process for tickets (Oct. - Dec. 2011);ROC – Implementation of Kernregistratie Software, Trajectplanner (Nov. 2009 – Mar. 2010);KPN – Organise a Standard Reporting course (Oct. 2009 – Mar 2010);CVZ – Desiging a Control Environment framework (Mar. 2009 – Sept. 2009).

Transaction Services provides M&A support with a focus on financial due diligence. I was responsible for:- Creating a project databook for due diligence projects (strong Excel focus)- Producing in depth financial analyses such as: aging reports, cash flow, working capital, margins, underlying results, etc.

With over 100.000 customers Alex represents the largest online broker in the Netherlands. Services include real time trading on local and international exchanges. - Acquired high net worth individuals leading to new capital worth >€ 15 mln. in 2006- Responsible for chasing large transfers out (€ 250K).- Negotiated special prices with high volume traders and maintained client relationships.- Served as acting team leader in absence of our manager.- Contributed to composing quarterly reports for the CEO and other managers.- Designed a database to enhance process efficiency.

RTL is one of the largest commercial European broadcasting companies. They are a prime source of news, sports and entertainment throughout Europe.- Involved in the process of digitizing their database.- Managed their film footage database which held over 15.000 items logged and maintained.- Contributed to researching potential stories of interest.

Mirror Image Communications (MIC) is the company responsible for the sales and marketing, user support + training for the first global B2B distribution system (ASP model) for leisure accommodation bookings- Assisted with selection and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.- Built and secured customer relationships resulting in loyal customers.- Presented results from a development study for growth to management.- Coordinated, attended and presented at trade shows / exhibitions and seminars.- Designed a sales database between MIC offices to stimulate account development.
