This plan established a clear direction for the business and established individual goals. The strategy focus was customer centric, significantly improving communication and driving better customer results.This framework has reinforced accountability, compliance, and transparency, with board reporting and KPIs playing a critical role.A key priority has been fostering an inclusive and high-achievement culture throughout the business. Providing regular staff updates across our five locations ensured strong communication and celebrated our achievements. To further align our team and strategic objectives, I organised a company-wide conference featuring a marketing launch, collaborative brainstorming sessions, and team-building activities. At this event, I presented the new goals, values, and pillars for the business.In line with our strategic goals, I led the implementation of modern marketing principles, including SEO, web development, videography, social media, and supporting documentation. Driving new product development has led to growth opportunities, through portable units and versatile units, opening significant new markets.Facing significant cost pressures and a slowdown in key industries, I developed a survival plan to ensure the long-term survival and stability of the business, which included significant changes to key roles.
